I joined Cassie over almost 2 years ago and this was one of the greatest choices I made in my life. About April of 2020, during COVID when everything shut down, I decided this would be a great time to focus on me and change some lifestyle habits by eating healthy and exercising. I have always struggled with diets but Cassie ensured me this is NOT a diet and I can eat anything I want. She taught me about macros, portion control, and being consistent and how to balance our daily lifestyles. Cassie is extremely encouraging and helps with accountability. I love working with Cassie! She has so much knowledge, passion, and empathy to share with everyone. I started my journey with Cassie at the beginning of quarantine when I was looking for a way to be active and connected with a group of people. I have been a part of her group coaching programs and find the daily tasks to be very motivating to myself. "I started working 1:1 Cassie in 2019. I was feeling bogged down and tired all of the time. After working with her for just a few weeks, I could already tell a difference. What was your favorite part about the program?

 

I am so thankful for finding Cassie. She has been great in helping me take back control of my body, but more importantly, helping me learn to live a healthier lifestyle with food and exercise. Cassie has been VERY patient and encouraging on this journey! She is supportive and totally roots for your success! I have learned to read labels better and also the importance of putting the right combination of foods together for sustainable energy. Its tough to pick just 1 part. But my favorite thing I took away from this is that, the scale doesn’t mean a thing!! I have ALWAYS relied so much on that number on the scale and now I don’t even use it anymore and could care less about it now.

This was the best thing I ever could have done for myself. For the last few years I have struggled with losing weight. Everyone would always tell me “it’s so simple just change your diet and go to the gym.” Well it was never that easy for me. I never knew where to start or how to even get started. Well, after getting engaged in November, I made the decision it was time to do something for myself before our wedding, and boy am I SOOO glad that I did. Not only are the results, exactly what I was looking for but the knowledge I got from this was more than I ever expected. I now feel confident in my decisions when it comes to my nutrition and know what I am putting into my body and how it will affect me later. I will recommend anyone to Cassie, and if you are on the fence about doing something like this, DO IT! You will thank yourself later!

I originally started with Cassie to help get over a weight loss plateau. I came in not knowing what to expect but very hopeful! I came out of this program with so much knowledge and confidence! … another thing I love is that for me personally, I like that I didn’t have to check in every single day or be in contact constantly. I like that we had our weekly in depth check ins and then I was free to practice and do everything on my own but if I needed extra motivation or whatever I could text you and chat throughout the week! I just really love how you have everything laid out. Super easy to follow, clear instructions and guidelines. Your emails are perfect and easy to follow and read. And I love that YOU GIVE YOUR ALL TO US You’re amazing Cassie thank you!

The fact that I never felt like I was alone or struggling.. I learned SO much about myself along the way and even though I had a lot of life changes along the way, I was still motivated and encouraged to continue pushing. I have tried many things and worked with a few different people to try to “get fit” but this was so so so much more than that. Not only was this process SO good for my physical health, but it was crucial for my mental and emotional health as well.
